You will need:
Beige (or the color of your choice for the body), white, coral and dark blue.
Oh! And a bit of black to embroider the nose and of pink to embroider the cheeks (although you can use the coral yarn for this).
I used 100% cotton yarn (8/8 – DK Worsted).
Finished size:
From head to toe, your finished Felipe measures 24 cm approximately.

Fasten off yarn, leaving a long tail to sew the tail to the body.
Bow
Using dark blue… The ribbon is crocheted in rows, not spirals…
1. Chain 31 ch stitches. From the second chain from hook, crochet 1 sc in each chain (total stitches: 30 sc).
2. to 6. Chain 1 and and turn.Only through back loops, crochet 30 sc.
Fasten off yarn, leaving a long tail to sew.
Use the yarn tail to sew both ends of this piece together, to form a ring. Weave in ends. Now cut a piece of dark blue yarn. Flatten the ring and give several rounds of yarn in the middle of it to create the bow. Once you are done, finish with a knot, leaving a tail to sew it to the neck.
Assembly
- Embroider the nose with a bit of black yarn, stuff the snout and sew in in between the eyes.
- Sew the ears to the head, between rounds 9 and 10 of the body.
- Sew the arms to the body now, between rounds 32 and 33.
- Sew the legs to the body, between rounds 51 and 52 of the body.
- Sew the tail to the back of your sausage dog, between rounds 44 and 46 of the body.
- Sew the bow to the neck.
- Using coral yarn, embroider some spots to one side of the forehead.
